#THEOUTDOORING - ANOTHER WEARGHANA CLASS ACT!

WEARGHana? What could that be? A call to action? A slogan? A statement? A project?

It is all of that and more. It’s a movement, one that makes its own rules and breaks same at will; a brand that is determined to change the narrative on Africa. It is a rallying cry. It is a beautiful story of ambition and ingenuity. It is a fashion label; a fashion label like no other.

If you have not already done business with WEARGhana then you are missing out on a truly wonderful couture experience. Launched close to two years with an awe-inspiring online campaign – 15.11.13 – that went viral, and culminated in an irregular launch at the African Regent Hotel, WEARGhana is an unconventional and super creative brand.

Established primarily to get Ghanaians, Africans and everyone else to wear clothes with a touch of African everyday – as opposed to mainly on Friday and to traditional ceremonies - WEARGhana makes clothes that make people standout, while accentuating their personalities. What really stands WEARGhana out is the boldness and ingenuity of their designs. For WEARGhana, no idea is impossible to achieve. And that shows in their outfits.

Did Naa Ashorkor Have A Bad Fashion Day At Miss Malaika Ghana 2015 Finals?

Ghanaian Actress, radio and TV personality, Naa Ashorkor usually makes the ‘best dressed list’ at most events. But did the loveable radio and TV host have a bad night at the just ended Miss Malaika 2015 finale?

She made her first set of appearances in a colourful african-print jacket over a glittering black skirt. Her neckline looked too busy, almost as if she was suffocating.

She later changed into a peacockish red gown with a little less neck detailing than the former.

So what do you think, hits or misses?

Check Out Stonebwoy’s Boots At Miss Malaika Ghana 2015 Finals

Bhim Nation superstar, Stonebwoy has not just become a big name in Ghanaian music; the dancehall artist is fast becoming a fashionista also.

He wore a stylish black and white striped shirt to the just ended Miss Malaika Ghana 2015 contest, and decided to balance it off with a pair of ‘mismatched’ black boots.

Yes he wore customised version of Kanye West’s Yeezy Boost 350 – a trendy version from a designer known as Stefan, who created the boots when Kanye West announced he would run for president in 2020.

From the Boost-encapsulated outsole to the Primeknit side panels, Stefan painted “Kanye” on the right shoe and “2020” on the left to show his support.

So it appears Kanye has the approval of Stonebwoy for 2020 but what do you think of the shoes? Cool or nah?
